The folks from Black Rooster Audio have released another high-quality free plugin to go along with the free amp sim based on the Orange Tiny Terror that they released a couple weeks ago.
The new free plugin is called VHL-3C. It’s a high/low-pass filter based on hardware from the 1950’s, a Pultec emulation.
The VHL-3C plugin works with MAC and PC computers, both 32 and 64-bit.
The plugin comes in VST, AU, and AAX formats and is optimized for high DPI displays,
Along with the free VHL-3C plugin, Black Rooster Audio also released a vintage mid-range EQ called VEQ-5, with a sweet spot for frequencies in the 200Hz to 7kHz range.
The VEQ-5 plugin sells for $69 normally, with an introductory price of $39 through the end of March.
Check out the Black Rooster Audio website for more info about their plugins.
